What more can be said, the delicacy and sweetness of Sicilian artichokes containing hidden flavors and fragrances just waiting to be explored. Simply cook any type of pasta as you normally would, drain it and place it directly on a plate, add a table spoon of artichoke cream, even add a bit of baked ham if you wish. It's appears to be a simple plate, but I have no difficulty defining it as one of my favorite Mediterranean dishes, and I hope it becomes one of yours.
